Whether you’re new to Bible study or have been studying for years, these groups offer a place for personal growth. It’s an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with God and with others who share the same desire to grow in faith.
At Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, we offer Adult Bible Studies for both men and women, providing an opportunity to dive deeper into God’s Word and grow spiritually. These studies are designed to foster personal growth, encourage meaningful discussion, and strengthen relationships with others in the church family. Both the men’s and women’s groups meet every Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM, creating a consistent time for members to engage in scripture and prayer together.
The Women’s Bible Study meets in the church, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for women to connect and learn. Women gather to walk through various Bible studies or work through a book of the Bible as a group. This study is a chance for women to not only grow in their knowledge of God’s Word but also to support one another in their spiritual walks and everyday lives.
Similarly, the Men’s Bible Study meets next door at the extension building, offering a space for men to connect, grow, and strengthen their faith together. Just like the women’s study, men walk through Bible passages, discuss various biblical topics, and explore how scripture can impact their lives. This study emphasizes building accountability and brotherhood, encouraging men to live out their faith with strength and integrity.
Both groups focus on creating an atmosphere where individuals can ask questions, engage in meaningful discussion, and be encouraged in their walk with the Lord. Whether you’re new to Bible study or have been studying for years, these groups offer a place for personal growth. For parents, we understand the challenge of finding time for Bible study when you have children, which is why we offer programming for your littles during this time. Grove Kidz and Grove Students meet simultaneously with the adult Bible studies, providing a safe and engaging environment for children and youth to learn and grow. Your kids will be taken care of while you are able to focus on your spiritual growth.
