Grove Pantry

The Grove Pantry serves the Ferndale community with compassion by providing food, hope, and support to neighbors in need.

The Pleasant Grove Food Pantry exists to serve families and individuals in the Ferndale community who may be in need of food assistance. As an extension of our church’s heart for ministry, the pantry provides groceries in a welcoming and caring environment, offering both practical support and encouragement to those we serve. Our desire is to meet needs with compassion and dignity while reflecting the love of Christ to our neighbors.

The Food Pantry is open on the last Thursday of every month from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Anyone in need is welcome—no matter your situation. If you or someone you know could benefit from this ministry, we invite you to stop by. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and walk alongside those in need.

Each family who visits the Pleasant Grove Food Pantry will receive a prepackaged grocery bag thoughtfully prepared according to family size. These bags are filled with shelf-stable pantry staples designed to help meet practical needs throughout the week. Items may include canned vegetables, soups, pasta, rice, beans, cereal, and other nonperishable essentials. By preparing the bags in advance, we are able to serve families efficiently while ensuring each household receives an appropriate amount of food.

In addition to our monthly pantry distribution, the Blessing Box continues to serve the Ferndale community year-round. Located on our campus and filled through the generosity of local residents, the Blessing Box provides an accessible way for neighbors to give and receive at any time. This ongoing community effort is a beautiful reflection of Ferndale caring for Ferndale, as we work together to make sure no one goes without.
